Payments

Stripe integration

TablePath has a deep integration with Stripe, the worlds leading payment processing platform. It powers all payment aspects on the plaform including the following:

Payment card holds. Take payment cards with your bookings, to cover you in case of no-shows or late cancellations

Booking deposits. Take payment for a booking, at the time the booking is made. Ideal for special events or in-demand times of the year.

PMS

PMS integration for your hotel

We integrate with leading PMS systems to link your room bookings with other hotel related bookings like breakfast, lunch and dinner. If fact, you can use TablePath for all sorts of bookings like the gym, pool, kids club, cinema, bowling etc. and all those will be linked back to your Hotel booking. The integration features include:

Making bookings simple. Your hotel guests name, phone number, email address, room number, rate (package) code, rate description, arrival date, departure date and booking number are automatically brought over when adding a booking, making the process super simple and fast.

Syncing of edits. Changes made in your PMS are automatically synced over to TablePath. Details that sync over are the room number, arrival date, departure date and rate code / description. The integration will also try to automatically move the TablePath booking to a new arrival date if the Hotel booking is for 1 night and there is availability on the new date. Otherwise an alert email is sent to staff to inform of the booking date change.

Automatic cancellations. If a Hotel booking is cancelled, any related TablePath bookings will be automatically cancelled. No more having to manually monitor all hotel cancellations and cancel any related restaurant bookings.

POS

Point-of-sale integrations

TablePath integrates with leading point-of-sale systems to provide you with a powerful link between your reservations and orders. Our integrations open up a host of capabilities including auto check creation, syncing prepayments, knowing every guests spend and online ordering.

Auto check creation

When you mark a guest as seated in TablePath, we automatically connect to your point of sale to open a new check. You can also configure the information that is sent over to the POS including prepayments, room number, rate code, allergen info and dining preferences.

Capture customer spend

Our POS integration links check totals and item data with customer reservations, giving restaurants and hotels insights into individual spending and purchase history. This enables targeted marketing and helps track average customer spend across visits.

Staff ordering

Our Order Taker application is an extension of your point-of-sale, giving your staff access to the same user interface and functionality that's available at the point of sale, from any mobile device that has an internet connection.

Online ordering

Link your point-of-sale menus to your website, giving you the ability to accept online orders. We link those orders to your point of sale at a time of your choosing so orders are arriving to the kitchen at just the right time.

Twilio integration

Our integration with leading SMS provider Twilio enables messaging for reservation confirmations, edits, cancellations and reminders. We have also integrated it into our Marketing product to enable SMS messaging for promotions.
